  1. I don’t have the strength to cut spaghetti squash or acorn squash.

    With acorn squash I poke holes all around the sides and bake at 400° for 10-15 minutes. Apparently microwaving takes away nutrients.

    After that I take it out and let it cool until I can touch & cut. Then I pop back into the oven.

    I wonder if I can do the same with spaghetti squash?
