My go-to snack is Lesser Evil Moonions. As someone who grew up on Funyuns, these are better! I honestly don’t care if I never have another Funyun again. Moonions are _so_ much better and their ingredients list consists of actual _food._ Crazy.
nope to not buying pre prepped veggies. if it weren’t for those, i would rarely eat anything nutritious. when i buy fresh veggies they go to waste. i call it the “Adhd tax” and i prefer to pay it ahead of time rather than in wasted produce

5 fruit or veggies full or mix
4 proteins that you really like includes vegetarian options like tofu
3 carbs (rice, potato, pasta)
2 fats (avocado, olive oil)
1 something sweet. Whatever u enjoy eating like dessert
Hint: you can always freeze or use can food!
