  2. I bulk buy prices from Amazon usually. I save the little bottle and refill them. Saves a ton. Since eating this way I use a lot of spices. I will also make my own spice blends. Peace!

  3. Can make a pie filling out of cottage cheese and yogurt. Can add cool whip fold in. Put in any pie crust you like. I make it out of chopped pecan or ground graham crackers, using maple syrup or date syrup to bind it together. No sugar. Also make it out of in blender oats nuts, and sweetener. Depends on what I have. Can add any chopped-up fruit or fold in crushed pineapple, cut up strawberries, mashed or chopped bananas. Easy to do and taste so good. People use to request me to make it. Can add gelatin or strawberry Jello bananas or orange with pineapple and mandarin oranges sliced up or canned. I use gur gum to thicken mine.
